At FLAIR Fútbol, we are committed to your performance on the pitch; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Quality Check and Refund
Our team will inspect the returned gear within 3-5 business days of receipt; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.
